**About the Role**
The Supply Chain Enterprise Capability Lead is a critical position within the Global Supply Chain and Product Strategy Organization (PTS). This role is responsible for leading the development, integration and maturity of end-to-end supply chain processes across the enterprise.
This includes designing, implementing, and continuously improving processes to align with business objectives and adhere to best practices. You will oversee data integration from various sources to ensure accurate and timely data flow, supporting decision-making and operational efficiency.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure alignment and effective execution of processes. You will establish KPIs and dashboards to supervise process effectiveness, driving continuous improvement through external benchmarking and performance tracking.
This role requires a strong understanding of strategy, finance, and aligning supply chain operations. You will apply process and system thinking to optimize business operations and organizational efficiency. Excellent English communication skills are essential.
