The OpportunityWe're an agile organization with clear accountabilities and a purpose-driven culture built on trust and collaboration. The Global Supply Chain and Product Strategy Organization (PTS) seamlessly connects markets to the global manufacturing network by managing inventory, supply, and replenishment planning. As the Supply Chain Enterprise Capability Lead, you'll be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes, including developing competencies to enhance performance and process maturity.
- You'll oversee data integration from various sources to ensure accurate and timely data flow, supporting decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure alignment and effective execution of processes.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to supervise process effectiveness, driving continuous improvement through external benchmarking and performance tracking.
The successful candidate will be able to zoom into the details and put them into the proper context of E2E processes. Experience and expertise form an important foundation for success, but your attitude will make the difference. We're looking for someone with over 15 years of professional experience within the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industries, holding an MBA or M.Sc. in supply chain or similar.
