About the Role

CTC Resourcing Solutions is seeking a skilled Commercial Packaging and Clinical Trial Supplies Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the supply chain for clinical trials, including packaging development, clinical trial supply chain management, and clinical trial distribution and returns.

This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

Packaging Development
  1. Develop and implement packaging solutions that meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
  2. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets product requirements.
Clinical Trial Supply Chain Management
  1. Manage supply chain logistics, including transportation and warehousing, to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of clinical trial supplies.
  2. Coordinate activities with contract manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of clinical trial supplies.
Clinical Trial Distribution and Returns
  1. Develop distribution plans that utilize the most efficient and cost-effective logistics network.
  2. Manage returns process with external service providers.
  3. Close out studies by receiving certificates of destruction.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU citizenship required.
  • University degree or equivalent experience in life sciences.
  • At least 3+ years' experience in commercial packaging or clinical trial supply.
  • Knowledge of international GMP, GDP, GCP regulations.
