The Global Digital Finance Solutions Sales Executive is responsible for executing our go-to-market strategy and representing Unblu to customers and prospects. This role lays the foundation for rapid and sustainable growth of the customer base and revenue stream. Our sales approach requires close collaboration with all areas of the company, including partner management, pre-sales, service, product management, and marketing.

Responsibilities- Build and manage a sustainable opportunity pipeline
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing; both for new business and installed base business
- Contribute to identifying potential new partners and support their onboarding process
- Review, manage, and escalate customer requests and issues to resolution, acting as an advocate within Unblu to ensure timely issue resolution
- Represent Unblu at meetings, events, and webinars
- Become a trusted advisor to your clients, understanding their business needs and acting as a respected business partner
Requirements:
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Proven success in client-facing software sales
- Extensive network in the financial sector, preferably banking or postal services
- Proficient in web technologies and digital channel setup
- Demonstrated system demo experience
- Fluency in German and English, with French or Italian as a bonus
- Excellent team player with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and independent worker
- Willngness to travel primarily within Switzerland
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per annum, 5 weeks of holiday, and great referral bonuses.
