Kundenerfolg und Kollegenunterstützung (60%)- Beantwortung von Kunden- und Kollegenanfragen bezüglich Planung, Dauer und Ausführung von Reinigungen
- Lösung von Problemen im Zusammenhang mit dem Ersatz abwesender Kollegen durch verfügbare Reinigungskräfte
- Kontaktierung bestehender Kunden zur Vorbereitung ihrer ersten Reinigung oder zum Einholen von Feedback über die Dienstleistungen
- Unterstützung bei der Aktualisierung von Zahlungsmethoden der Kunden
- Nachverfolgung unbezahlter Dienstleistungen
- Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Planung ihrer Urlaube in unserem Online-System
- Unterstützung der Kollegen bei der Informationsbeschaffung in Abwesenheitszeiten
- Sicherstellung, dass alle Unterlagen und Informationen der Kollegen auf dem neuesten Stand sind
- Unterstützung bei der Beantwortung grundlegender Fragen zu Arbeitszeiten und Gehaltsabrechnungen
- Anruf bei ehemaligen Kunden, um neue Reinigungsdienste zu verkaufen
- Upselling zusätzlicher Reinigungsdienste an bestehende Kunden
- Unterstützung von Kunden, die ihre Buchungen nicht abgeschlossen haben
Sie verfügen mindestens über einen Schulabschluss oder ein Ausbildungsdiplom.
