At Inventa Projects (Switzerland) AG, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and hosting clients, managing incoming phone calls and post
  • Providing general administrative and coordinative support in and around the office
  • Organizing meetings, events, and related activities

Requirements include:

  • Apprenticeship or higher education in business administration or similar
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a professional office
  • Motivated, friendly, and open personality
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and similar computer applications
  • Fluent in English (preferably mother tongue) and German; any other language a plus
