Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Manager to join our team at BYD Europe. As an Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for driving and developing partners' service preparation, execution, and service performance assessment.
  • You will work closely with the legal and commercial team to sign After-sales agreements with new distributors. Your role will also involve conducting regional regular visits, organizing meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for managing regional customer satisfaction (NPS), assisting partners to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, and managing Goodwill authorizations.
  • Your key objective will be to secure the quality of our service network by providing timely training, tooling, and other supportive materials.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth through improved after-sales services.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective coordination and execution of after-sales projects.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for improving service levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with external partners to develop mutually beneficial relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in after-sales management within an OEM environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of achieving results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Affinity with electric mobility and willingness to travel frequently.
