Aufgaben- Kundenbetreuung: Betreuung und Unterstützung der Kunden über verschiedene Kanäle (E-Mail, Telefon, Chat, FINEXCON-Plattform, Social Media) bei Fragen und Problemen.
- Feedback-Management: Einholen und Analysieren von Kundenfeedback zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Produkte und Dienstleistungen.
- Projektplanung und -durchführung: Entwicklung und Umsetzung detaillierter Projektpläne, einschließlich Zeitplänen, Ressourcenzuweisung und Meilensteinen.
- IT-Systemintegration: Koordination der Implementierung von IT-Systemen wie ERP- und Banking-Tools sowie deren nahtlose Integration in bestehende Prozesse.
- Schulungen: Durchführung von Schulungen für Kunden zur effektiven Nutzung von Produkten.
- Prozessoptimierung: Identifikation und Implementierung von Verbesserungen in den Service-Prozessen, um die Effizienz und Kundenzufriedenheit zu steigern.
- Problemlösung: Erarbeitung von Lösungen für komplexe Kundenanfragen in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams wie IT, Vertrieb oder Marketing.
- Berichterstattung und Präsentationen: Erstellung von Berichten, Dashboards und Präsentationen, um Projektfortschritte, Herausforderungen und Erfolge zu dokumentieren.
- Schnittstellenmanagement: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und Partnern zur schnellen Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen und zur Optimierung der Abläufe.
- Eskalationsmanagement: Professionelle Bearbeitung von Eskalationsfällen, um die Kundenbindung zu erhalten und Lösungen effizient zu entwickeln.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Finanzen oder Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit relevanter Berufserfahrung von mindestens 3 Jahren.
- IT-Affinität und versierter Umgang mit digitalen Medien, ERP-, Berichts- und CRM-Systemen, sowie Kenntnisse in der Implementierung und Nutzung von IT-Systemen wie ERP- und Finanztools.
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift sowie eine strukturierte Herangehensweise an die Lösung komplexer Kundenanliegen.
- Starkes Engagement für Kundenzufriedenheit und die Fähigkeit, proaktiv auf Kundenbedürfnisse einzugehen und nachhaltige Beziehungen zu pflegen.
- Hohe Eigenständigkeit, Flexibilität, Initiative und Zuverlässigkeit, kombiniert mit einer ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise und einer Hands-on-Mentalität, kombiniert mit der Fähigkeit, effektiv im Team und mit externen Partnern zusammenzuarbeiten.
