Job Description:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Develop and document business requirements using various techniques (e.g., use cases, user stories, process flows).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing complex business problems and identifying root causes.
- Developing and implementing process improvements and solutions to enhance client experiences.
- Ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects and meet client expectations.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of overall experience in software development roles or business analysis.
- 5+ years of experience as BA or PO, with expertise in Agile Methodology and process modeling.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with ability to set goals and drive results.
