Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and coordinating courses for swisspeace experts. This includes coaching and supporting course participants, co-facilitating courses, advising on methodologies for adult education, and administering the course offer.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and support swisspeace experts in the design, implementation, and follow-up of courses;
- Co-facilitate courses and provide expert guidance;
- Advise swisspeace experts on methodologies for adult education and facilitate learning;
- Support the administration of the course offer, including coordination with relevant stakeholders;
- Coordinate advertising activities to promote courses and programs;
- Grade academic assignments and ensure quality standards are met;
- Maintain high-quality standards through monitoring and evaluation of courses.
About You
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about adult education and peacebuilding, with a strong ability to take initiative and responsibility. Your excellent communication skills, intercultural competence, and organizational abilities will enable you to work efficiently in a small team.
Your Profile:
- Passionate about adult education and peacebuilding;
- Ready to take initiative and responsibility;
- Strong intercultural and communication skills;
- Excellent English language skills (German and French are assets);
- Masters' degree in political or social sciences, education, or similar disciplines;
- First work experience;
- Strong organizational skills, reliable, and paying attention to detail;

- Enjoy working in a small team.
Compensation and Benefits
This role comes with a competitive salary of approximately CHF 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional growth, a dynamic work environment, and a chance to make a meaningful contribution to peacebuilding efforts.
