Flight Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct production and experimental flight tests to ensure our aircraft meet the highest safety and performance standards.
  • Act as an instructor pilot for internal and external flight training programs, sharing your expertise with others.
  • Perform various operational flights as pilot-in-command, including ferry, demo, and acceptance flights.
  • Support customers by acting as a subject matter expert (SME) and providing guidance on our aircraft's capabilities.
  • Publish and update documentation to support the department's needs.
  • Participate in project-based initiatives as a pilot, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An EASA FCL CPL or frozen ATPL with IR(A) and a valid EASA medical certificate class 1.
  • A minimum of 1000 hours of Pilot-in-Command experience and significant Single-Pilot Operations experience.
  • An Instructor Rating FI(A), CRI(A), or TRI (SPO/MPO).
  • Operating experience in Swiss, EU, NAT, and oceanic airspace, with a desirable EASA Test Pilot rating CAT 1 or 2.
  • English language proficiency level 4 (minimum) and German language skills would be advantageous.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive approach to collaboration.
