About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineering Team Lead to join our team at SR Technics Group.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire our Process Engineering team by fostering a positive and high-performing work environment, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement standardized repair materials and processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Define equivalent consumable materials and processes, collaborating with the Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) to ensure alignment.
  • Support Operations in their day-to-day duties, providing tailored training and guidance to ensure seamless execution.
  • Perform process reliability audits, diagnose process failures, and develop sustainable solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the team to introduce new repairs and renew approvals, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Identify and propose process improvements, working closely with the team to implement and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Drive the continuous development of team capabilities, aligning with the evolving needs of the business and ensuring the team remains competitive.

Your Profile

  • Hold a Scientific Engineering degree (EQF Level 6 or Level 7) or equivalent, with a strong background in a relevant field.
  • Bring a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Possess practical experience in a relevant field or equivalent, with a strong understanding of Operations and the aerospace MRO business.
  • Exhibit a proactive and flexible character, with a strong achiever mentality and the ability to work autonomously on complex tasks.
  • Be able to energize teams and oneself, with a high safety, quality, and cost awareness.
  • Fluency in English (Level C1) is required, with German (Level B1) being an advantage.
