Venues Supervisor

As a key member of the W Verlier team, you will be responsible for assisting the Venues Manager in the planning and day-to-day operations of the venue. Your primary focus will be on ensuring exceptional service standards and quality control, while interacting with guests to deliver a positive experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist in the development and implementation of quality standards for the Venue
* Supervise a team of talents to ensure high-end service delivery
* Collaborate with the Venues Manager to plan and execute short and long-term operations
* Maintain a high level of knowledge on W brand standards and concepts
* Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any issues that may arise
IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Prior experience in a 5-star hotel environment
* Fluency in French and English
* Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
* Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Creative and adaptable, with a natural affinity for styling trends
