Venues Supervisor

AN EXCITING CHANCE TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM

As a Morning Venues Supervisor, you will assist the Manager in the planning of Breakfast, and you will lend a hand to the Banquets and In Room Dining (Room-service) Supervisor on a daily basis, ensuring the high level of service required according to W standards and the original concept. You will contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of quality standards for the department. You will liaise with customers to ensure a positive customer experience. You will supervise talents and pay particular attention to grooming rules and service procedures. You enjoy coaching and training your team.
To do this, you'll be on the floor most of the time. 
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience managing a team in a 5* hotel environment.
You are passionate about the W brand and its approach to luxury.

You have previous experience in a 5* hotel
Fluent in French and English
You are highly motivated
Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
