Job Title: Venues Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Venues Supervisor to join our team at W Verbier. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality standards in our venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager in planning and executing events and functions in our venues
  • Liaise with customers to ensure a positive experience and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Supervise and train a team of talents to ensure they meet the high standards of W Verbier
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality standards and procedures for the department

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a 5-star hotel environment
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
