Air Traffic Management Systems Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ATFCM and Environment System Architect to join our team at Skyguide. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing innovative solutions for our air traffic management systems.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing solutions for all environment, meteorological, and ATFCM functions of related system components. This will involve coordinating and planning software integrations both internally and via third-party applications. Additionally, you will define, review, and validate short, mid, and long-term target architectures of Skyguide's application landscape as a member of the System Architecture Board.
You will also design, develop, and validate solution prototypes in various environments to certify the accuracy and viability of designs and implementations. Furthermore, you will model, maintain, and document all architectural artefacts and promote optimal levels of communication.
Your ProfileTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor of Information Technology/Computer Science degree and at least 10 years of software engineering experience in a similar role. You should also have held architectural design roles, preferably as a system architect with 5+ years' experience in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). Proficiency in English is required, and a good command of French is a plus.
