Cash Management Specialist

Rieter, a leading supplier of systems for manufacturing yarn from staple fibers, is seeking a skilled Treasury professional to join its team. As a Treasury Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.
Main Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and models to support business decisions.
- Cash Management: Oversee cash pooling, liquidity planning, and intercompany netting to optimize cash flows.
- FX Risk Management: Identify and mitigate foreign exchange risks to protect the company's financial position.
- Treasury Operations: Execute hedging transactions, manage exposure, and plan, execute, and document change/optimization/digitization projects.
- System Administration: Enhance proprietary and off-the-shelf treasury tools with your technical skills or support from the IT department.
- Education: University degree in (quantitative) finance, accounting, (applied) mathematics, or computer science.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in corporate treasury in a multinational company, preferably in the capital goods sector.
- Skills: Strong communication skills in English and German, affinity for digital and collaborative ways of working, and ability to plan, execute, and report on complex projects.
