Rieter, a leading supplier of systems for manufacturing yarn from staple fibers, is seeking a skilled Treasury Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing the company's treasury functions, ensuring efficient cash management, and mitigating financial risks.
Main Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and models to support business decisions.
- Cash Management: Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cash processes, including cash pooling, liquidity planning, and intercompany netting.
- FX Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate foreign exchange risks through hedging transactions and exposure measurement.
- Treasury Systems: Manage and optimize treasury systems, including SAP TRM, to ensure efficient and accurate financial data processing.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and document change, optimization, and digitization projects to improve treasury processes and systems.
- Education: University degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, or computer science.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in corporate treasury, preferably in the capital goods sector.
- Skills: Strong communication and analytical skills, with proficiency in treasury systems and financial modeling.
