About the Role
- Develop and implement effective claims strategies that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders
- Oversight of claims performance and insights across market units, identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to optimize results
- Collaborate with market units and group functions to ensure seamless communication and alignment
- Manage a small international team of specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and developments relevant to claims management
Your Background
- Significant experience in claims management, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record of driving improvements in claims performance and efficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Languages: English and German, Spanish, Italian and/or French are an advantage
