The Job Description
You will act as a Business Process Owner for high-complexity PV processes, ensuring end-to-end process design and oversight. You will lead and drive PV excellence across Roche Affiliates with best-in-class global PV standards. You will collaborate with CCLs, Affiliates, and global functions to achieve high-quality and compliant global PV processes.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee high-complexity PV processes.
- Drive PV excellence across Roche Affiliates.
- Collaborate with global teams to achieve high-quality and compliant global PV processes.
- Engage stakeholders in optimizing and ensuring adherence to PV standards.
- Lead, manage, and sponsor PV improvement efforts and large cross-functional projects.
The Requirements:
You must hold a scientific qualification (PhD or MSc) in healthcare, life sciences, or a relevant discipline. You should have 10+ years of experience in PV, clinical research, development, or drug safety science. You should possess broad understanding and experience in global and Affiliate PV processes, with a minimum of 5 years in Affiliate PV roles.
