Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Business and Derivatives Controlling team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include:
- Daily mark-to-market evaluation of trading portfolios and result reporting to stakeholders
- Performance of budgeting processes and provision of management reports
- Training of relevant stakeholders and safeguarding company knowledge
In addition, the Senior Commodity Trading Controller will:
- Provide timely and accurate information on derivative transactions, including result reporting and analyses
- Support accounting in financial/month-end reporting for derivatives
- Ensure financial reporting compliance for derivative processes and act as contact for internal and external auditors
- Master's degree or equivalent in business administration, finance/accounting, or commodity trading
- Strong knowledge of controlling, accounting, commodity, and derivatives trading operations, with at least 5 years of operational experience
- Advanced knowledge of derivatives evaluation and accounting
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, effective communication, and leadership experience
