Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten IT-Techniker (m/w) für unsere Abteilung IT-Systeme. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie an der Entwicklung und Optimierung unserer IT-Systeme mitwirken.

Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • Beantworten Sie Anfragen von Nutzern bei technischen Problemen und bieten Sie fundierte Lösungen an.
  • Diagnostizieren und lösen Sie technische Vorfälle N1/N2 und eskalieren Sie komplexe Probleme ggf. auf höheren Ebenen.
  • Dokumentieren Sie Vorfälle und Lösungen in einem Ticketing-System sicherstellen.
  • Halten Sie eine strenge Nachverfolgung von Benutzeranfragen bis zu ihrer Lösung aufrecht.
  • Bieten Sie grundlegende Beratung und Schulung für Nutzer an.
  • Arbeiten Sie mit anderen Mitgliedern des IT-Teams zusammen, um die Prozesse und die Effizienz des Supports zu verbessern.
Qualifikationen:
  • Ausgezeichnete Beherrschung der Windows-Umgebungen und der Office-Tools (M365).
  • EFZ als Informatiker/in
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse von Netzwerken (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Kompetenz im Umgang mit Ticketing-Systemen
  • Gute Fähigkeiten in der Problemlösung und Diagnose.
  • Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten in Kommunikation und Kundenservice.
  • Fahrzeug für Reisen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Französisch

  • Neugierig mit dem Willen zu lernen und einen qualitativ hochwertigen Service für unsere Kliniken, aber auch das Share Service Center zu bieten.
  • Idealerweise zweisprachig FR und DE
  • Sie haben ein offenes Ohr und Lust, sich in der Dentalbranche mit den Besonderheiten des Berufs und der Geschäftsanwendungen weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Sie fühlen sich wohl in der höflichen und taktvollen Kommunikation mit dem Endbenutzer.
