We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our dishes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.

• Lead the kitchen team and ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
• Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes
• Manage kitchen staff and provide guidance and training as needed
• Monitor kitchen expenses and maintain a high level of efficiency
• Ensure that all dishes are presented to the highest standards

• Completed culinary education and training
• Proven experience in a high-end hotel or restaurant
