Unix/Linux System Administrator with Terraform Expertise

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Unix/Linux Admin with expertise in Terraform to join our team at Dabster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Total + to years of experience with strong technical skills in Linux Application Support, Oracle cloud infrastructure, and operations.
  • Solid grasp of Linux/Windows OS and its command line admin tools.
  • Strong technical skills in automation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in Windows, Linux server environments to support SaaS applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux OS, including managing and monitoring various processes, overall health of OS/file systems, etc.
  • Good knowledge of monitoring production systems using tools like Grafana/Prometheus, APM (Application Performance Monitoring of OCI), OCI Log explorer, etc.
  • Passionate about problem-solving complex issues and ability to dive in and learn complex systems.
  • Possess knowledge in Oracle RDBMS is desirable.
  • Hands-on experience in automation scripting is required, like Perl, Python, and Unix Shell Scripting, etc.
  • Strong experience in SQL is must, database tuning, and additional DB skills to troubleshoot performance issues of the application is a plus.
  • Prior experience working in DevOps model, OCI Oracle Cloud Infrastructure & associated certifications is a plus.
  • Experience in Administration, Maintenance, and support of SaaS applications is must.
  • Hands-on experience and proficiency in knowledge of SQL is must, Oracle Database is desirable.
  • Solid understanding with IaaC tools like Dockers, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible will be a plus.
  • OEL (Oracle Linux Certification), LPI Certification Programs.
