We are seeking a highly skilled International MSME Banking Expert to join our team at Business & Finance Consulting. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for advancing the careers of middle-management banking professionals and driving business growth through expert consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct diagnostic assessments of project partner financial institutions to identify improvement potential and develop implementation plans.
- Develop internal procedures and tools for PFIs on areas such as business development, target planning, and credit analysis.
- Support the implementation of recommendations in cooperation with PFI teams and conduct effective training sessions and workshops.
- Write regular reports on project progress and impact.
- At least 5 years of recent banking experience, including 3 years in the head office and 1 year in a middle management position.
- Strong experience with MSME segments, especially in the lending business.
- Experience with corporate or retail business is an advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Russian.
- Strong writing and presentation skills.
- Unique international consulting experience.

- Remote work with the possibility of travel.
