Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Associate to join our team in Switzerland. As a Digital Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences through our digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and close incoming leads, ensuring a best-in-class experience for our clients
- Conduct needs assessments and develop sales strategies to meet the needs of our diverse client base
- Clearly communicate Saxo's product offerings and platform solutions to clients, highlighting how they can achieve their financial aspirations
- Participate in internal and external events, such as seminars, to build relationships and drive sales growth
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and platform tools, and contribute to the development of our sales processes and marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Degree holder with a strong academic record
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry
- High interest in trading and financial markets, with a background in banking an asset
- Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to client follow-up
- Comfortable with sales conversations over the phone and in person
- Ability to take ownership of set tasks and targets, and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Professional appearance and attitude, with an outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, heavily regulated environment
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
- Fluent in English and French, with any additional languages an asset
