About the Opportunity

Saxo Bank is looking to hire a Digital Sales Associate to support the Direct Sales business in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Closing of incoming leads and sales pipeline management to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Conducting sales strategies for different client profiles to uncover new and existing client needs.
  • Clearly explaining Saxo's product offering and platform solutions to help clients achieve their financial aspirations.
  • Participating in internal and external client events, such as seminars.
  • Staying updated with new product launches and platform tools through global training and development programs.
  • Contributing to structured sales processes and marketing campaigns with your unique sales personality.

Requirements

  • Degree holder.
  • Previous sales experience of 1-3 years preferred but not mandatory.
  • High interest in trading and the financial markets, with a banking background being advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service skills and proactive follow-up with clients.
  • Comfortable with sales over the phone primarily but also in person.
  • Ability to take ownership of set tasks and targets.
  • Team player with the ability to work individually when necessary.
  • Professional appearance and attitude with an outgoing personality.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and heavily regulated environment.
  • IT competence, including good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Fluent in English and French, with any other language being an asset.
