About the Role
The University of St is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Doctoral Candidate to join the Competence Centre for Top Teams. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to cutting-edge research in high-performance teams and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research as part of your PhD thesis, supervised by Prof. Dr. Winfried Ruigrok, in the area of high-performance teams.
- Work closely with the Competence Centre for Top Teams to develop and implement research projects.
- Support business development and consulting work with corporate clients.
- Assist Prof. Dr. Ruigrok and Dr. Stephanie Schoss as a teaching assistant for various classes at the university and executive education level.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field with a minimum grade of 5.0 (on a 6.0 scale) or be on track to complete your Master's degree within the next few months.
- Proficiency in English and German (spoken and written), with additional language requirements being beneficial.
- Data analytics skills in SPSS, Stata, R, or Python.
- Previous research and professional experience is highly beneficial but not required.
