Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Textile Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Richemont. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a reliable textile supply chain database and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive textile supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Design and implement a robust data security and confidentiality framework, protecting sensitive information and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate supply chain audits and mitigations actions, ensuring timely execution and effective risk management.
  • Develop and maintain a global textile supply chain community, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among stakeholders.
  • Support the development of responsible sourcing KPIs, leveraging industry best practices and company standards.
  • Participate in the definition of textile supply chain risk profiles, ensuring proactive risk management and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality, procurement, and/or auditing companies in the textile supply chain industry.
  • Fluent in English and French, with Italian being a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate global projects and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work in a transversal environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Autonomy and ability to structure work and delegate tasks to others.
  • Change management experience, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Rigor and reliability, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
