Welcome Host Job Description

The Welcome Host will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience at the AP House. This includes welcoming customers upon arrival, accompanying them to a salesperson, and providing a catering service to all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers and providing a warm welcome
  • Accompanying customers to a salesperson and providing a tour of the boutique
  • Offering a catering service to all customers
  • Providing a presence for customers while they wait for a salesperson
  • Operating the switchboard and taking messages
  • Transmitting messages and ensuring they are dealt with promptly
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the AP House
  • Maintaining sales tables and inventory

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of the luxury goods industry is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide a quality welcome
  • Impeccable presentation and good eloquence
  • Perfect fluency in German and English
