We are seeking a highly skilled Technical ITIL Expert to join our team as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in IT or Customer Support organizations, with 1-3 years of experience working as a technical consultant or business analyst in the delivery implementation of ServiceNow. You will need to have a good understanding of SQL, XML, and web-based technologies, as well as experience in implementing and aligning business processes to the ITIL best practices.
You should also have fluency in German and English, with another European language being an asset. Additionally, you will need to be available to travel within Europe.
Responsibilities- Lead solution implementation projects
- Own technical and business design of the end-to-end solution during implementation
- Conduct design reviews and data quality assurance
- Manage and communicate with external client teams during the sales process and post-sales delivers
- Lead and participate in RFPs and provide technology solution content
- Audit existing client's implementation and recommend enhancement
- 5+ years' experience in IT or Customer support organizations
- 1-3 years' experience working as a technical consultant or business analyst in the delivery implementation of ServiceNow
- Good understanding of SQL, XML, and web-based technologies
- 1+ years' experience in implementing and aligning business processes to the ITIL best practices
- Fluency in German and English (must-have), another European language would be an asset
- Availability to travel within Europe
