The World Economic Forum is an international organization that brings together leaders from business, government, academia, and civil society to build industry, regional, and global agendas, address systemic issues, and improve the state of the world.
Main Responsibilities:- Serve as a business counterpart to internal Forum teams to advocate Forum Partners' needs for our events and communications
- Events planning and delivery, including communications, operations, and admin support from the Forum Partners' perspective
- Execution of internal and external communications campaigns related to event engagement for business
- Support the business services inbox team
- Assist in event debrief exercises to identify trends and areas of improvement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree; project management, communications, and/or other relevant certification is a strong plus
- 6+ years of professional experience, ideally in large-scale project/event management
- Hands-on experience in world-class event design and delivery preferred, with a successful track record of superior customer service
