Job Summary

As a Logistics Process & Regulations Specialist at ABB, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with logistics requirements and regulations. Your expertise will drive process improvements and support business projects at our site in Turgi, Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with logistics regulations for storage, handling, and packaging of goods internally and at 3PL locations.
  • Coordinate and implement new logistics requirements and regulations in ABB logistics processes.
  • Coordinate stock takes for the Business Area "Motion Switzerland" and interface with auditing companies.
  • Process ownership for all ABB CH stock takes.
  • Execute SOX controls in logistics, including goods receipt.
  • Ensure actuality of logistics process documentations within ABB's Management System.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Lead CIP process developments within logistics.
  • Support business projects at ABB site Turgi and represent the logistics department.
  • Strengthen collaboration between businesses and logistics.
  • Support daily business operations and interface with 3PLs.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in logistics or supply chain management.
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics regulations.
  • Proficient IT knowledge with focus on MS Office applications and SAP applications.
  • Project and Process Management skills preferable.
  • Fluent spoken and written German and English.
  • Relevant work permit for Switzerland.
