The International Committee of the Red Cross is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Product Owner Operating Systems, Databases. This role will involve leading the development of products that support our humanitarian mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop technical solutions to business issues.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including project managers, technology managers, and business relationship managers.
  • Manage product evolution, ensuring operations run smoothly.
  • Contribute to the technical delivery of the product, participating in agile practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in ICT management or business or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in product management or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English and/or French, with additional languages an asset.
  • Certification in agile methodologies is an asset, with training and coaching provided.
  • Expert knowledge of servers OS (RedHat Linux, Windows Server), DB (Open-Source DB and MSSQL).
  • Good understanding of OS Security and Log management, networking, storage, and security best practices.
  • Good knowledge of Edge Computing and experience with Ansible.
  • Curious and able to adapt to new technologies, with strong communication skills and leadership abilities.
