Technical Delivery Manager

Description ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Delivery Manager to strengthen our Delivery Management Team to drive end-to-end client projects for one of our key clients in Geneva, cooperating closely with our Account Managers and Business Development. Responsibilities Manage client relationships, expectations, represent delivery on governance level Address client issues, identify and manage engagement risks Co-ordinate the preparation of client proposals and statements of work Run multiple streams of activities and coordinate with client groups in various stages of the lifecycle Be accountable for delivery in all aspects financial, staffing, implementation and business as well as regulatory requirements where present Cooperate with your peers, delivery partners, technology consultants, account managers and solution architects Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams of product owners, architects, engineers and quality assurance experts to drive estimates, delivery plans and retrospectives. Identify and manage engagement risks and flag serious issues early Participate in business development at existing clients and at new prospects. Understand client needs, continuously identifying new opportunities and drive growth of the accounts you are assigned to Lead and represent delivery in sales and pre-sales activities until contracting and beyond Share knowledge and best practices within the organization and with clients Requirements Experience in leadership positions, such as Solution/Enterprise Architect or Delivery/Program Manager Knowledge of designing and implementing large distributed, scalable and reliable solutions, ideally on public cloud platforms Proficient in translating architecture into detailed implementation plans for public cloud deployments Experience working in consulting or outsourcing Account/Delivery/Project Management Experience working with cloud and/or data platforms is highly desirable Excellent communication, presentation and planning skills Exceptional organizational, leadership and stakeholder management skills Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Software Development Life Cycle and various methodologies, experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models Hands-on experience delivering complex projects, managing stakeholders on all levels and successfully driving IT services engagements Ability to establish solid working relationships with clients, plus the ability to work effectively as a member of a dynamic, dispersed virtual team and to meet deadlines Fluent French and English We Offer Competitive compensation depending on experience and skills Knowledge-sharing across EPAM's global Tech Communities Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Relocation support as per EPAM relocation policies EPAM Community with regular corporate and social events Career growth, performance and compensation reviews EPAM Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) (subject to certain eligibility requirements) EPAM Switzerland was named a Top Company , & by Kununu for its people centric culture built on life-long learning About EPAM EPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services.
