EPAM is seeking an experiencedSalesforce Technical Lead with deep expertise in Service Cloud and Sales Cloudto join our dynamic team in Geneva. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to clarify solution designs, translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and lead a near-shore engineering team to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused leadership position requiring strong communication skills and the ability to serve as a trusted technical advisor to our clients.This position requires 3–4 days per week onsite in Geneva with flexibility for remote work depending on delivery needs.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to refine requirements, validate solution approaches and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practicesDecompose functional designs into technical tasks, create and estimate user stories/tickets and ensure the engineering team understands scope and expectationsLead, mentor and organize a near-shore engineering team to deliver iterative increments in an Agile environmentEnsure code and configuration quality through code reviews, adherence to standards and proactive technical guidanceProvide hands-on technical expertise in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flow designAdvise clients on technical decisions, platform capabilities and optimization opportunitiesMaintain clear visibility of progress, risks and dependencies for clients and program leadershipSupport functional validation and defect triage as neededRequirementsStrong, hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (including case management, Omni-Channel and Service Console) and solid knowledge of Sales CloudAdvanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and workflow automationProven experience leading Salesforce engineering teams and conducting code reviewsEffective collaboration skills with architects, business analysts and cross-functional delivery teamsExcellent communication skills in both French (fluent) and EnglishProactive, structured and comfortable operating as the primary technical point of contact for the clientNice to haveExposure to Marketing Cloud or related Salesforce ecosystem toolsWe offer5 weeks of vacationEPAM Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)Enhanced parental leaveExtended pension planDaily sickness allowance insuranceEmployee assistance programGlobal business travel medical and accident insuranceLearning and development opportunities including in-house training and coaching, professional certifications, over 22,000 courses on LinkedIn Learning Solutions and much more*All benefits and perks are subject to certain eligibility requirements• Please note that any offers will be subject to appropriate background checks• We do not accept CVs from recruiting or staffing agencies• For this position, we are able to consider applications from the following:Swiss nationalsEU/EFTA nationalsThird-country nationals based in Switzerland with an appropriate work permitDisplaced people from Ukraine who are currently in Switzerland and hold, or have already applied for, S permits
