We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant / Dishwasher to join our dynamic team at Hotel Europa Suites AG. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary services.

**Responsibilities:**

  • **Properly sort and process dirty dishes, cutlery, and glassware to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
  • **Operate the dishwasher efficiently, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing energy consumption.
  • **Dry and store items correctly, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • **Maintain the dishwashing area, including the dishwasher, to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • **Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to achieve our culinary goals and maintain a positive team dynamic.
  • **Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated bins, promoting sustainability and reducing waste.
  • **Use consumables judiciously, particularly cleaning products, to minimize our environmental impact.
  • **Assist with sorting empty containers and notify colleagues of any technical issues that may arise.
  • **Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen area, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols.
