Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Assistant / Dishwasher (m/w) at Hotel Europa Suites AG.

This is a full-time position that will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently, and be a team player.

• Sort and clean dishes, utensils, glasses, and other kitchen items
• Operate the dishwasher and ensure it is properly maintained
• Dry and store kitchen items in a clean and organized manner
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including the dishwasher and surrounding areas
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation
• Remove trash from the kitchen area and dispose of it in the designated bins
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment in a cost-effective and environmentally responsible manner
• Support the service team in sorting and cleaning recyclables
• Notify maintenance staff of any technical issues with kitchen equipment
• Ensure the kitchen area is clean and meets health and safety standards
