Store Manager Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Ensure a safe and clean store environment, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and cash handling procedures.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales team members, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales or sales management, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
