Michael Kors is a leading luxury fashion brand seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the Landquart Outlet.

Main Job Objective:

Achieve sales goals and develop lasting client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

Meet sales targets, utilize elevated sales and service levels to maximize sales performance, and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise.

Customer Service:

Provide the highest level of customer service, build and maintain repeat clientele, and resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively.

Operations:

Ensure the selling floor and merchandise are neat, organized, and stocked, and assist in the maintenance of inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail and luxury
  • Able to work as a team member
  • Excellent personal organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to multitask
