As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and developing lasting client relationships by providing the highest level of customer service and complying with all company policies and procedures.

Sales Generation

Meet sales goals and maximize sales performance by utilizing the elevated levels of sales and service.

Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise and ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring all details including shipping, alterations, and special requests.

Comply with all sales-related policies and procedures and maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends.

Customer Service

Provide the highest level of customer service by building and maintaining repeat clientele and resolving all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively.

Operations

Keep the selling floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stocked, and assist in the maintenance of all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor.

Participate in inventories and comply with all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures.

Adhere to work schedule and participate in all relevant training and development seminars, programs, and meetings as directed by store management.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail and luxury
  • Able to work as a team member
  • Excellent personal organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Able to work on different tasks easily – Multi-tasking
