Order Processing Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Order Processing Team Lead to join our team in Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3 people and managing the order processing procedure from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 3 order processing specialists, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve the order processing procedure to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Order Processing: Manage the order processing process from recording customer orders to invoicing, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Export Formalities: Prepare customs documents, letters of credit, and other export-related paperwork as required.
- Communication: Maintain regular contact with subsidiaries, foreign representatives, shipping companies, and end customers via phone and email.
- Sales Support: Provide administrative support to Area Sales Managers, including preparing country price lists and other sales materials.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English (mandatory), with knowledge of French an advantage.
- Education: Basic commercial training or equivalent, with further training in external trade management or export management desirable.
- Experience: Proven team leadership and project management experience, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP SD.
