Job Description

This challenging role offers a unique opportunity to lead and develop a team, drive process improvements, and ensure seamless order processing in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of three professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement optimized order processing procedures, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage the entire order lifecycle in SAP R/3, from customer order recording to invoicing, ensuring timely delivery and product availability.
  • Coordinate export formalities, including customs documents and letters of credit, guaranteeing compliance and on-time delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with subsidiaries, foreign representatives, shipping companies, and end customers through effective communication and coordination.
  • Oversee supply planning and delivery to the Austrian market, aligning with business objectives.
  • Provide administrative support to Area Sales Managers, including country price lists and market research.
  • Ensure efficient handling of postal, courier, and package shipments, minimizing delays and costs.
  • Drive project initiatives to enhance performance in the order processing area, leveraging expertise and best practices.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Fluency in German and English (mandatory), with French as an asset.
  • Basic commercial training or CFC qualification.
  • Further education in external trade management or export management, with a Federal Diploma an advantage.
  • Proven experience in team and project management, with a focus on leadership and collaboration.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft and SAP SD, with module responsibility an advantage.
