Customer Acquisition Specialist in Express Logistics

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our team at DHL Express (Schweiz) AG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 500 SME clients, each with a sales value of +/- 2 million. Your primary objectives will be to develop and execute strategies to grow your portfolio, increase revenue, and build lasting relationships with customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute plans to grow your portfolio and increase revenue.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor our services to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate closely with our Field Sales Channel to identify opportunities for growth within your portfolio.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and products to effectively communicate their value to customers.

Requirements:

  • First-hand experience in sales (training period or full-time job).
  • Proficiency in both German and English languages (French is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, underpinned by a strong consultative approach.
  • Strong customer focus, coupled with high-quality awareness.
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Team player with a passion for collaboration and open communication.
  • Demonstrated interest in logistics and transportation industries.
  • Proficient in using virtual communication tools such as Skype, Teams, Zoom, and Loom.
