Data Architect - Cloud Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to join our team at Helvetia Partners. As a Data Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing data architectures for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of data architectures for new use cases on cloud-based data platforms.
  • Collaborate with data teams to develop solution concepts for data products.
  • Support the implementation of DevOps methods on cloud data platforms.
  • Model implemented use cases and projects end-to-end in an enterprise architect tool.
  • Develop and govern PowerBI solutions and provide guidance to business stakeholders on self-service BI.
  • Maintain an overview of the data landscape and provide guidance to application and service managers on data topics.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in data engineering, including at least 1+ year as a data architect.
  • Experience in data engineering on modern cloud-based data platforms (lakehouse, Databricks, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in Python and clean code.
  • Experience in data management, data flow modeling, and developing data pipelines and APIs.

Your Profile:

  • Completed university degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Strong network and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Fluent in English and very good German language skills (to at least B2 level).
