Senior SAP Business Solutions Manager

Komax AG is seeking a skilled Senior SAP Business Solutions Manager to lead our SAP team in Dierikon, Switzerland. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and implementing SAP solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in leading SAP teams, preferably in the Basis area. You should possess in-depth knowledge of Basis topics, interface architecture, CALM, Service provider Management, and other related areas. Additionally, you should have proven project management and change management skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities. A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field is required. Fluency in German and English is essential.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of SAP specialists in the development and implementation of software bugs and process improvements for end users.
• Analyze SAP releases and suggest new functions and solutions to improve business processes, introducing them in designated committees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a stable, scalable, and future-ready SAP environment, coordinating with implementation partners for cross-module projects.
• Oversee the hiring process, conduct job interviews, and ensure new team members are effectively integrated into the team. Organize training sessions, provide coaching, and foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
