Senior Business Systems Architect

At Komax Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Architect to lead our SAP team in the development and implementation of software solutions.
Job Summary:
- We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
- This is a full-time position with flexible working hours and home office options.
About the Role:
As a Senior Business Systems Architect, you will be responsible for leading a team of SAP specialists in the development and implementation of software solutions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing SAP releases, suggesting new functions and solutions to improve business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading and managing a team by monitoring performance, setting annual objectives, and supporting career development.
Requirements:
- You must have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in leading SAP teams, preferably within the Basis area, is required.
- In-depth knowledge of Basis topics, interface architecture, CALM, Service provider Management, and other related areas is essential.
- You should have proven experience in project management and change management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities are also necessary.
- Fluency in both German and English is required.
