About the Opportunity

PastaHR is offering a unique opportunity for a highly motivated Sales and Account Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with existing and new clients.

You will work closely with our account opening team and compliance department to ensure seamless client onboarding and maintain a best-in-class experience for our customers.

As a successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in sales and account management, working with a dynamic and innovative company like PastaHR.

ResponsibilitiesConversion
  1. Meet and beat headline quarterly target and primary KPIs by making a high number of outbound calls to prospects who have expressed an interest in PastaHR.
  2. Pro-actively build relationships with new clients who have recently registered with PastaHR to help them get started and ensure a best-in-class experience.
  3. Demonstrate impeccable active listening skills on every call, listening with the intent to understand and support prospects in their first steps with PastaHR.
  4. Collect account opening documentation, support leads with administrative tasks and steps to complete their application.
  5. Communicate and collaborate with Account Opening team and Compliance.
  6. Collaborate in content creation to educate clients (educational videos, webinars, etc.) and optimize conversion rate.
Reactivation
  1. Pro-actively seek reactivation from lapsed clients through outbound calls.
Retention
  1. Develop a bespoke catch-up strategy and journey with new clients to ensure best in class support and experience and limit early months attrition.
  2. Co-moderate in-house webinars and seminars on a regular basis.
  3. Call out exercises to invite clients and prospects to events, seminars, etc.
