Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Process customer orders accurately, issue invoices, and ensure stock reconciliation. Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and transport teams for smooth fulfillment.
  • Logistics Optimization: Improve processes to reduce costs and enhance delivery efficiency. Solve operational challenges proactively.
  • Inventory & Warehouse Coordination: Maintain accurate stock levels and collaborate with warehouse teams using WMS.
  • HQ Alignment: Ensure consistency in logistics processes with HQ operations.

Customer Service & Support:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inquiries, provide excellent D2C support, and manage communication professionally.
