About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our M&A and Strategy team at HOERBIGER. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization by leading strategic initiatives and driving M&A activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth, both organic and through M&A, for our global businesses.
  • Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment and buy-in from management at all levels.
  • Transform data and information into valuable insights and actionable strategy, autonomously identifying, analyzing, and recommending markets and market segments of potential interest for M&A.
  • Coordinate commercial due-diligence projects and engage with management to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience at a top-tier consulting or investment banking firm (Senior Analyst or Associate).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a quantitative mindset and ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and precision.
  • Motivated and passionate about industrial technology, with industry experience a plus.
  • Hands-on and down-to-earth, with a willingness to travel and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is welcome but not required.
